Wednesday Wishlist | 90s Blush by nancycamp1 featuring adidas sneakers

I've wanted a bomber jacket for the longest time but I've struggled to find the perfect one for my shape. This one is less 'puffer' and more slimline, which works better with my shorter top-half. The blush shade would be the perfect addition to my light jacket collection for this awful SUMMER we're having.

My love affair with culottes continues, this time to three-quarter length ones that graze above the ankle. I love the colour and shape of this River Island pair

Adidas Pink Superstars, what the hell? Are these not the greatest shoes ever? Totally in love with these but I'm very worried of how dirty they'll get with my clumsy footing.

Rose-Gold Ray-Ban's in Clubround, need I say more? These have to be my glasses of choice for an upcoming trip I have planned. Mirrored lenses are super trendy at the moment, and the rose-gold effect couldn't be any more perfect.

The 90s have been taking over as a real trend lately, from grungy sandals to top knots and chokers. Chokers have been seen on the best 90s fan-girls from Zoella to Kylie Jenner, so I needed to add this onto my wishlist.

I'm very drawn to blush pinks ever since my room re-decoration. What colours have you been buying lately? Tag me in your purchases @nancycamp

Wednesday Wishlist | Spring Beauty 2016

Wednesday Wishlist | Beauty Spring 2016

Wednesday Wishlist | Beauty Spring 2016 by nancycamp1 featuring a liquid eyeliner

Happy Wednesday guys!

I hope you all had fabulous Bank Holiday weekends, now for a four day week...woo.

It's Wednesday Wishlist time again, this week is Spring beauty themed. This is my favourite time of year and always a good season to update your make-up collection with bright shades of blushers and shadows.

I have been lusting after all of these items for while and sadly some of them are only available in the US thanks to Sephora. But luckily, I have a work friend coming back from the US and bringing me a few bits. So for the first time, I might actually own some of these products!

The first thing is the Too Faced Sweetheart Blush, in Sparkling Bellini, which I'm very excited for. It's the perfect blush for Spring and Summer in the beautiful coral shade. This gorgeous new range has sold so well in the US but it's almost impossible to get over here as they only sell it online at Debenhams.  Also, in the same range, The Sweet Peach Palette, has sold out everywhere and only now available on eBay and Amazon at an exceptional price. So this one is definitely going to remain on my Wishlist for the foreseeable future.

Of course the Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit is at the top of my list but another hard-to-get product. They sell out almost immediately online making it almost impossible to own. Dolce K has to be my favourite, I'm a sucker for pinky nudes.

I've been looking to buy a foundation more suitable for Spring and I have read such great things about the Charlotte Tilbury, Magic Foundation, from coverage to the 'dewy' glow it gives.

What's on your wishlist?

Beauty Edit | Three Best Matte Red Lipsticks for Valentine’s Day

The perfect red lipstick is so hard to find. With so many hues, shades and finishes it’s almost impossible to find the perfect red lip for the most romantic day of the year.

My favourite red lip has to have a matte finish – its super long lasting, on trend and used with the correct lip liner it can transform any make-up look into a killer pout.

For today’s post, I’m going to run you through some of my favourite matte red lipsticks to rock on V-day with a mixture of products from drugstore to high-street.

Kate Moss’ Rimmel Matte Lipstick, Wine 107: £5.49

This is one of my favourite drug store lipsticks, EVER. I always have two of these on-the-go just in case. The dark wine colour is so special and still to this day I am yet to find a high-end alternative with a similar hue and finish. It’s really long lasting and isn’t drying, which is really important in a matte lipstick. It also smells of water melons, which is a massive bonus! I think this shade is perfect for Valentine’s and for the winter season due to its dark wine tone. Teamed with a cat eye flick and a smokey eye – you’ve got a great look for date night.

MAC Retro, Ruby Woo: £15.50

Ruby Woo is one of my favourite bright red lipsticks. It’s the perfect colour pop and the one and only statement red lips on the beauty scene. It is very long lasting, the only downside being it is very drying. I tend to apply a lip balm before application to combat this. I have been using Charlotte Tilbury’s Lip Magic, before my lip liner, which does help to moisturise. Other than that, there aren’t any other problems with this shade. It’s my turn-to for outfits that need a burst of colour, the Christmas period and of course for Valentine’s Day. I like to use this with a gold sparkly eye and doll-like eyelashes for the perfect dinner date.

Charlotte Tilbury’s Matte Revolution, Red Carpet Red: £23.00

This is one red lipstick that only comes out at special occasions and of course Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse. It’s the most expensive on the list but one of my favourite brands, EVER. The creamy and velvet consistency is an absolute dream to apply. It’s slightly darker in shade compared to, Mac Ruby Woo, but so much more luxurious and not drying on the lips. Its rose gold packaging is truly beautiful and makes it stand out amongst the rest. If you’re looking for a staple red lipstick for your make-up collection then this is the one for you. Team this with heavy liquid eyeliner for a movie night holding hands.

Skincare Edit: My Three Favourite Cleansers

I love using cleansers - there is truly no greater feeling than freshly cleaned skin at the end of a long day. At the moment I have three cleaners on-the-go. These range from the cheaper/drug store ones to more premium brands but I have to say they all do an amazing job.

My everyday cleanser and no.1 turn-to-option is always Garnier's Micellar Water. Ever since the cleansing/ Micellar water launched it revolutionised my cleansing routine and totally ruled out face wipes for me. It's simple, easy- to-use nature is great for any beauty novice looking for something new to spice up their skincare routine.

I remove my make-up using the cleansing water with a large face pad to wipe the day away. During the week I will use this as my everyday make-up look isn't too involved so the Micellar water is perfect. It does leave the skin feeling clean but it's not that deep clean feel you get with a balm or mask but it does a pretty good job. You can pick this up in any drug store or supermarket.

If I want to do a mid-week cleansing mask - I'll turn to my Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Skin Clay Mask. I do like this product but I would say it doesn't live up to all its expectations but it is good for a cleansing mask. I got this in my Charlotte Tilbury advent calender in December and have been using it ever since.  I start by applying a thick layer onto the skin and leaving it for 10 minutes and then washing off using warm water. You do get a soft skin, clean feel but I wouldn't say it tightens pores etc. For a good cleaning mask - I would definitely recommend this although it is on the pricer end of the scale.

If I've worn a lot of heavy make-up or if my pores feel clogged up I'll turn to my thick, balm cleanser, Emma Hardie's Moringa Cleansing Balm. I have to say this is one of my favourite cleansers I'm using at the moment. It's very nourishing and so moisturising on the skin - there is no cleaner feeling. I usually use this before bed. I start by massaging the balm into my face using some warm water and then removing all traces of make-up and dirt with the muslin cloths it comes with.

This balm is one of my favourite skincare products and I always enjoy using it. It really rejuvenates my skin, which I've never been able to recreate with any other product. Although this does break the bank, think of it as a skin investment. I promise you won't change your mind.

What are your favourite cleansers? I'd love to hear.
